Speed Limit Change on Wenzel Drive

The Town Board of the Town of Washington, Eau Claire County, Wisconsin, has the specific authority under s. 349.11 and 346.57, Wis. Stats., to adopt this ordinance. This ordinance, adopted by a majority vote of the Town Board, with a quorum present and voting and proper notice having been given, amends the Town of Washington Municipal Code as follows:
Title II, Division 1, Chapter 2, Article 3 - Speed Regulation of the Town of Washington Municipal Code to chage the speed limit on Wenzel Drive to 35 mph.
This ordinance is effective on publication or posting.
