PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Petition to incorporate a portion of the Town of Washington, Eau Claire County, Wisconsin, as a village pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 66.0203 was filed with the Eau Claire County Circuit Court (Case number 2024CV000498) on Wednesday, September 18, 2024.
