Call to Action Thank You!

Thank you for your letters and calls to legislators in regards to SB691; the “Urban Towns” bill! YOU caught the attention of WI legislators and your voice was heard by the Senate Committee on Transportation and Local Government.

In summary, this bill, Senate Bill 691 (SB691) / Assembly Bill 768 (AB768), limits the extraterritorial regulations a city can place on a town and town landowners and limits annexation of lands from a town to a city by unanimous approval of town landowners only.
